Prepared address mailing labels of the TPTA membership can be ordered at $0.25 per label plus tax for members and $0.50 per label plus tax for non-members. A $5.00 processing fee is charged on all orders.
Mailing labels purchased through the TPTA Chapter Office may be used for one mailing only and may not be duplicated without the written permission of the TPTA. Each unauthorized use of the TPTA Mailing List shall result in a $1600.00 charge. Further, TPTA reserves the right to refuse any future request for use of the TPTA Mailing List from any organization or individual who has violated the TPTA Mailing List Policy.
To order labels, please provide the following information:
1. Name of company (if any), contact name, address, phone number
2. Member or non-member status
3. Requesting labels for PTs, PTAs, or all members
4. All members or members from one or more district(s) in Texas (See list below.)
5. Tax rate in your city (Austin Texas)
Note: If you are tax-exempt, please note tax exempt status
When this information is received, a summary will be run on the computer to determine the number of requested labels and you will be contacted and provided the following information:
1. Number of labels needed to meet the request, and
2. Total cost for the requested labels.
If you are still interested in purchasing the labels, please comply with the following instructions:
1. Send the TPTA letter or fax confirming the labels requested.
2. Include a check or credit card information for the cost of the labels and the $5.00 processing fee.
PLEASE NOTE: TPTA only sends the requested list in label format. We will not give the list in Excel or any other format.
Upon receipt of written confirmation of the label order and payment, the order will be processed.
