Course Description:


Speaker recently attended a National Wound Care Conference and will be presenting up to date information on wound healing, staging of wounds, and management of chronic wounds.




1. Review normal wound healing
2. Define Chronic Wounds
3. Define what is missing to make wounds chronic
4. Define clinical education practices that can help your patients become less susceptible to these issues


Speaker Bio:


Dr. Kelly Moore graduated with his BSPT in 1989 from Southwest Texas State University. He completed his MBA in 2000 from ASU and his tDPT in 2012 from Texas Tech. Dr. Moore has practiced in a variety of different settings ranging from acute care to nursing home, and home health. He joined the ASU PT faculty in 2013. Dr. Moore is a certified wound specialist.
