The TPTA Payment Policy Committee Committee presents:

Maximizing Payments with Managed Care Payers (Anatomy of a Payer Contract)

Webinar Description:

It’s a new era for payment, with heightened pressure to restrain costs and payment being tied to quality and not just volume.  With these changes, every therapist must understand how we are paid for PT services or risk diminishing their value.  This program will help therapists understand all aspects of payer contracts, including contract payment methodologies, claim submission processes, authorization procedures, the importance of documenting medical necessity, and more.  The program will also review sample contract language and questions to ask when evaluating a contract.  All therapists will benefit from this program, regardless of whether they currently evaluate contracts.  Don’t miss this important webinar as we work together to thrive in this new era for payment!
