Monday, April 19, 2021, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM CDT
Category: District Meetings

The purpose of this course is to discuss the practical application of the published clinical prediction guidelines (CPG) for concussion. The CPG discusses best practice and current trends in concussion assessment and treatment following a concussive event. Due to the intentionally vague nature of the flow charts presented in the CPG this course will provide some concrete evaluative tools based current research to date. 1CCU, 1 CCU of Differential Diagnosis

2. Identify subjective assessments for concussion evaluation;
3. Identify objective assessments for concussion evaluation;
4. Develop a treatment plan based on impairment domains.

The presentation is appropriate for: Intermediate/Advanced
