Function of the pelvic floor muscles and surrounding structures play a key role in pelvic organ prolapse. In addition, posture, pressure management, trunk/lower body strengthening, and gravity dosing are all key elements to successful management of pelvic organ prolapse. All of these topics are relevant to the practice of Physical Therapy. 1 CCU At the conclusion of the course, participants will be able to: 1. Explain the common causes of Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP); Speaker(s) Schedule Fees CAD Quarterly Meetings and online CCU offerings are free for all but please consider supporting our district students with a donation for Student Scholarships.
