Pediatric physical therapy is an important part of our profession and many therapists find themselves treating a pediatric patient regardless of specialty. Outcomes assessment, especially in regards to normal child motor development are important to establish a baseline and to create realistic goals based on the child being treated. 1 CCU 

At the conclusion of the course, participants will be able to:
1) Identify 2 outcome measures validated for use with children;
2) Indicate appropriate modifications to outcome measures for use with children.

Emily Klein is a board certified clinical specialist in pediatric physical therapy that has a clear passion for the population. She currently works as a staff therapist at TIRR Memorial Hermann where she treats the pediatric population, and she has been there as a team member since 2021.
