In our relationships with others we seek three things: to be Respected, Valued and Understood. Demonstrating respect and value for others can be easily accomplished through specific and tangible actions. Demonstrating understanding for another person, however, is more difficult. The “Leadership RVU” program will provide interactive examples and teach tangible and proven techniques to tactically create empathy in your communications.
