Auditory cues have been used in the neurological population for decades. The pathophysiology of Parkinson’s disease lends this strategy to be effective in promoting improvements in motor movements. Currently, in clinical practice, a physical therapist is limited in the type of cue available and this presentation will focus on advance techniques to facilitate mobility. 1CCU (view handout)
