Jeanette Winfree Award

HISTORY

To honor those TPTA members who, like Jeanette Winfree, have made contributions of exceptional value to the Chapter. Jeanette was involved in extraordinary service to the Chapter for many years. Her contributions were instrumental within the structure of the Chapter, the political arena, and at multiple levels.To honor those TPTA members who, like Jeanette Winfree, have made contributions of exceptional value to the Chapter. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

1. A physical therapist or physical therapist assistant who
1.  is a current member of the TPTA.
2. has demonstrated service in the realm of any area(s) of concern to the Chapter.
3. has exhibited individual service in an elected or appointed position or in any capacity in the Chapter.
2. Nominations will be judged on the basis of the individual’s service, and the duration and continuity of that service.
3. Members of the selection committee are not eligible for the award during their terms or periods of service.

NOMINATIONS

1. Nominations may be submitted by any member of the TPTA.
2. Nominations are made by submitting an electronic nomination form and submission of nomination letter.
